LOST TV WORLD

Shit. Forgot to warn you, CSI, Without A Trace, and E.R. all premiered last night. But you knew that, right, you couch potatoes? If evil-doers really wanted to take over America, Thursday night would be the time to do it. Friday and Saturday are Date Nights, when everyone goes outside, gets drunk and tries to get laid; so they'd prolly get their asses kicked if they tried anything then, those Evildoers. Sunday we go apologize to Gawd for FRI & SAT, so we're purty righteous 'n hung over, too; bes' not mess. Monday it's back to work, so everybody is really pissed off. Tuesday there's nothing on TV, so lotsa folks might be staring blankly out their windows, and see the Evil-D's creepin' by. Wednesday is Hump Day, right? Even the terrorists' asses are dragging, already. So, Thursday it is. Nobody'll even notice. They could march right into Crawford and take over the Cowflop White House. No prob.

So, Grissom is still on CSI. Whew. One show worth watching, anyway. If only we were a more enlightened nation, and Katherine could shower for us each week.

Without A Trace continues it's bizarre storylines involving a bunch of neurotic FBI agents, all screwing each other, ready to jump up at a minutes notice and go find your cat or your grandmother within sixty minutes, anywhere in the world. And yet, ladies and gentleman, it's actually kind of interesting. Who will screw whom next? How many laws will the Feebs break this week? Does Ashcroft watch this show? Hoover must be sucking in his grave.

E.R. doesn't have a DNR, yet, so they keep transplanting new actors into it, to keep it alive. Still a good show, but ya gotta wonder, will it never have its' plug pulled? Will the original characters' children, and grandchildren, carry on the tradition? It's fun to watch what the writers do to the poor bastards, though. Makes you feel like one among the gods, yeah?
