The UN has this thing that they use, have used for many years, to coordinate the efforts of various aid groups in various countries doing a variety of emergency tasks in grave disasters. It works. It prevents duplication of efforts, waste of resources, and neglect of real needs for aid. But the Repukelickins don't like the UN. It's full of OTHER countries, when we all know there's only one REAL country on Earth, right, good buddy? Come, on, Nashville, cut us a big hit on this one:
